The lyrics to one of my favorite songs is, “When you let go of fear, the truth will appear, so simple and clear.”

Wouldn’t you agree?

How many times have you believed something to be what it is not, got super afraid of your convictions, only to realize at a future date that your belief and related fear weren’t the truth? How relieved did you feel?

At one point, I was so afraid of heights. My partner had to convince me to go down a kid’s slide. Before I got on it, I saw kids sliding down the simple slide easily and effortlessly. No one died. Yet I was so afraid to get on it. This is when I realized that I had deep-rooted fear for heights, and I also held onto it. I believed the fear and respected it.

The “I am not that” Method – Part 2

The “I am not that” emotional freedom method is simple, and this is how it works.
